Vivo Y30 Launched in India:

The Vivo Y30 is launched at the price of Rs. 14,990 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage option. The phone will come with two color variants - Dazzle Blue and Emerald Black. It is scheduled to be available on Flipkart, and the sale will be held on 3 July 2020 at 8 pm IST. Coming to the specifications, the dual-SIM (Nano + Nano) Vivo Y30 runs on Android 10 with Fun touch OS on top. It features a 6.47-inch HD+ (720x1560 pixels) LCD display and is run by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 (MT6765) SoC.  Vivo Y30 has a quad-camera arrangement at the back with a 13-megapixel main sensor and an 8-megapixel sensor at the front for selfies. Other Feature includes a 5,000mAh battery, measures 162.04 x 76.46 x 9.11mm, and weighs 197 grams. Connectivity options on the phone include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, dedicated MicroSD card slot, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 

 

Xiaomi increased price of Redmi 8 4GB variant again:

Redmi 8 4GB RAM variant is now Rs 300 costlier than it’s previously selling price. To remember, the phone has received several price hikes in recent times with the last one being a Rs 200 hike in May. The Redmi 8 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage now selling for Rs 9,799 via both offline and online stores across the country. To remember, the Redmi 8 4GB RAM variant was originally launched in India at Rs 8,999. Xiaomi had also hiked the price of Redmi Note 9Pro Max and Redmi 8A Dual a few weeks ago.

 

ONEPLUS NORD DESIGN OFFICIALLY TEASED, SNAPDRAGON 765G CONFIRMED:

The OnePlus Nord detail page on Amazon India was updated with a new teaser image, enlightening the design of the coming phone. While the picture is blurry in nature, it ensures convey to us that the OnePlus Nord comes with a rectangular camera module on the back, placed away in the top-left corner, along with an LED flash. There’s the OnePlus logo in the middle with the world “OnePlus” printed on the bottom. As per an article by TechRadar, Carl Pei confirmed that the OnePlus Nord was run by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. While Snapdragon 765G is not as powerful as the flagship Snapdragon 800 series processors from Qualcomm, it will benefit to save the phone's price down without negotiating too much on performance. Containing a 5G chipset in the OnePlus Nord is “more about ease of mind,” Pei told TechRadar. This has earlier been confirmed by the company individually in an exclusive interview, but it's only now that OnePlus has officially revealed this. OnePlus Nord has also been confirmed to feature dual punch-hole cut-outs for the two selfie cameras on the front. As a part of the marketing hype, OnePlus released 100 pre-orders for the OnePlus Nord on Amazon India previous this week that got sold out in a matter of seconds.


Realme C3 Rolling Out Android Update with June 2020 Security Patch:

Realme has started rolling out a new system update for its Realme C3 device in India. The software update gets June 2020 Android security patch to the smartphone, alongside several new optimizations, and bug fixes. The Realme C3 latest Software update carries the Build version RMX2020_11_A.33 and its OTA firmware size is around 409 MB. As per the changelog, the update brings optimizations for the game quality audio and lagging issue. It also brings improvements to the stability of the overall system. Realme fixed a lag issue with the power button to light up the screen and fingerprint unlock. The update also fixes with the weather app location problem, games center FPS was shown as zero, and the phone was not getting charged in some situations. The Realme C3 June security OTA update is given out to limited users. Users will be notified to download the update. Instead, the update can also be check by going to Settings > About Phone > System update.

 

iPhone 12 to feature ‘high-end’ camera lenses:

Apple is expected to launch at least four new iPhone 12 this year. The iPhone 12 will be the first to launch during a pandemic, which could lead to launch delays and availability issues. The iPhone 12 will be the first series to feature four versions, with sizes ranging from 5.4-inch to 6.7-inch. All of them will have OLED screens first time for a new iPhone line and the first iPhone models to support 5G connectivity. The iPhone 12 will also be the first iPhone to feature a 5nm processor in what will be a first for the industry.  The first time this series of iPhone will ship without free Ear Pods and a charger in the box. A new note to investors from analyst Mini-Chi Kuo (via MacRumors) elaborates on the camera upgrades coming to the iPhone. Kuo has a great track record at predicting Apple’s moves, thanks to access to inside sources from Apple’s supply chains for various products. Kuo says that Largan will supply premium camera lenses to Apple for the iPhones, although deliveries have been delayed compared to previous years. 

 

Realme X50 Pro Android 11 opens the beta program:

Realme becomes ready for the next-gen Android and it has announced enrolling testers for Android 11 on the X50 Pro flagship, as promised last month. The package will be based on Realme UI and won’t come with all stock Android built-in features, and as it is a really early stage, the company is asking limited to experienced developers. It said that all beta testers need to flash the ROM of the phone. So people with little experience should leave behind, Realme said it is too early for stable user experience. Presently, the automatic timing function remains not working. So there is no other way but manual timing. Also, a number of other system functions are not working and the interface is “comparatively less than a desire”. On top of that, apps might not work precisely and the machine may have “some stability problems”. If that doesn’t stop you, check when you yourself have the correct model number RMX2076 with the most recent Android 10 version RMX2076PU_11.A.25. Realme has given packages both for the latest OS update and the update to Android 11 Beta 1, in addition to rollback steps to Android 10 if people are disappointed with the capability.
