POCO M2 Pro is Rebranded of Redmi Note 9 Pro??


POCO has Finally Release its much-awaited smartphone through the online event in India. But After looking into it without any doubt, the POCO M2 Pro will remind you of the Redmi Note9 Pro. The specification sheets are matching and even the design is pretty similar to the Redmi Note 9 Pro global variant. For smartphone followers, the POCO M2 Pro may come as a rebranded Redmi Note 9 Pro but for customers who are just considering purchasing a good quality value-for-money smartphone, the POCO M2 Pro can be a good option. There are only two noticeable differences with Redmi Note 9 Pro & POCO M2 Pro, the M2 Pro has a slightly different back with dual-tone coloring and a different laser-etched logo. There's nothing much different other than that, to be honest, and since POCO did not put the effort to come up with an original design. 


Specification: 
The POCO M2 Pro has an eye-catching design and an attractive finish. The POCO M2 Pro has a square designed camera bump, which is a little large. The POCO M2 Pro comes with a new striped pattern on the backside of the phone. The POCO M2 Pro was launched in three colors – Blue, Green and Greener, and Two Shades of Black. The POCO M2 Pro is protected by Gorilla Glass 5 on the back and front of the phone. The frame is plastic, although the phone feels good in the hand and doesn’t feel cheap. The volume and power button are on the right of the phone. The power buttons also use a fingerprint reader. The headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and speaker grille are on the bottom of the phone, whereas a secondary microphone and an infrared emitter are placed on the top. The POCO M2 Pro decides to go with a punch-hole camera cut out in the center of the screen. 

The POCO M2 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch LCD panel with an FHD+ (1,080x 2,400 pixels) resolution. The display not features the high refresh rate which is now a day common thing. The POCO M2 Pro display support Widevine L1 certified, which will let you stream content from OTT platforms in Full HD. 

The POCO M2 Pro is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor and a 1.8GHz octa-core. It runs on 4GB and 6GB of RAM. The POCO M2 Pro comes with a massive 5,000 mAh battery, which can get you through an entire day, and more. The POCO M2 Pro provides a 33W fast charging adapter in the box, which can provide a full charge in about an hour. 

The POCO M2 Pro runs on Android 10 on top of MIUI 11 with the POCO launcher. Gesture Navigation is very smooth with few customizations. MIUI 11 comes with many bloatware. Most third-party apps can be uninstalled, but stock MIUI apps are here to stay. 

POCO M2 Pro on the backsides comes with a 48-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel camera, 5-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. This camera setup has autofocus. The rear cameras of the devices come with the ability to shoot 4K resolution videos in 30 fps. It has a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies. 

The POCO M2 Pro comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 512GB) with a dedicated slot. The POCO M2 Pro is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that support Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards 

The POCO M2 Pro other feature includes Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.00, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the M2 pro contain an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. 

The POCO M2 Pro price set in India at Rs 13,999 for the base 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, 6GB of RAM, and 64GB of storage priced at Rs 14,999 and 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage priced at Rs 16,999. The POCO M2 Pro is available to buy via sales on July 14, exclusively on Flipkart.
